Kirov and Kherson repair plants of the Nikolaev region completed the tasks for 25. I - p. in total the first by 52.5% and the second by 57.1%.

These factories, repairing engines for the southern MTS, the first to enter the sowing, are the most lagging behind in the Ukraine.

Despite such a difficult breakthrough state of work at these plants, you have not taken any measures on these plants. Your memorandums do not say a single word about these plants, but they are undoubtedly dragging back the progress of tractor repairs in your region.

Take care of these plants personally, establish the real reasons for such a breakthrough state of these plants.

It is necessary to quickly expose and remove the wrecking element at the factories, to take preventive measures through the regional trade union organizations. Report the results on February 3rd. G.
