On the transfer of the Center of the Donetsk province from Lugansk to Bakhmut.

The All-Russian Central Executive Committee, in agreement with the All-Ukrainian Central Executive Committee and in repeal of the decision of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of October 21, 1920, decides: To transfer the center of the Donetsk province from Lugansk to Bakhmut.
