Comrades! There are only a few days left until the demonstration on the 18th. All to work - to factories, to factories, to military units.
Everywhere carry out a decision in favor of the slogans of our Party. Agitation and organization are the tasks of the remaining days.
Down with counter-revolution!
Down with the IV Duma and the State Council!
Down with 10 capitalist ministers!
Down with the "allied" imperialists behind the organizing counterrevolution!
Down with the capitalists organizing Italian strikes and hidden lockouts!
All power to the Soviets of Workers', Soldiers' and Peasants' Deputies!
Long live the workers' control over the production and distribution of products!
Down with the undemocratic clauses in the declaration of the rights of the soldier!
Against the disbandment of revolutionary regiments!
Against disarming the workers!
Long live the arming of the entire people and the workers above all!
No separate peace with Wilhelm, no secret agreements with the British and French capitalists! Immediate publication by the Council of truly fair peace conditions!
