12. - On the activities of the clergy in connection with the removal of valuables from churches.

a)                   Accept Comrade Trotsky's proposal with Comrade Molotov's amendment.

b)                  To entrust the supervision of the implementation of this resolution, the final setting of the terms, etc., to the Central Commission for the Seizure of Valuables.
