Article No. 62.

Decree of the All‐Russian Central Executive Committee.

In order to coordinate the work of the bodies of the Main Committee for General Labor Service (Glavkomtrud) and the Commissioners of the All‐Russian Central Executive Committee in the field in the field of distribution of labor for loading, procurement and removal of fuel, the All‐Russian Central Executive Committee resolves:

1. All orders of the Glavkomtruda. on the distribution of labor are mandatory for the Plenipotentiaries of the All‐Russian Central Executive Committee in the field.

2. Supervision over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the provincial and county Executive Committees.

The decree is put into effect by telegraph.
