Article 45.

Decree of the Council of Peopleʹs Commissars.

In amending the decree of the Council of Peopleʹs Commissars ( 1920, No. 100, Art. 539 ) on the abolition of payments for any type of fuel provided to state enterprises and institutions, as well as workers and employees employed in them, the Council of Peopleʹs Commissars decided:

Clause ʺaʺ of Art. 4th state in the following edition:

a) All employees and workers of State enterprises and institutions, as well as institutions and enterprises of the All‐Russian Central Council of Trade Unions and the All‐Russian Central Union of Consumer

Societies.
