Article No. 46.

Decree of the Council of Peopleʹs Commissars

In amending the resolution of the Council of Peopleʹs Commissars of October 19, 1920 (No. 85, Art. 422 ) on the abolition of some monetary payments, the Council of Peopleʹs Commissars decided:

Clause ʺeʺ shall be stated as follows:

ʺF) The right of state institutions in the sense of this resolution is also granted to the All‐Russian Central Council of Trade Unions and the All‐Russian Central Union of Consumer Societies (Tsentrosoyuz) with all central and local organizations that are part of these institutions.ʺ
