On the transfer of the Bureau of Accounting and Distribution of Technical Forces to the jurisdiction of the Peopleʹs Commissariat of

Article 11 8.

Decree of the Council of Peopleʹs Commissars

The Council of Peopleʹs Commissars decided:

To withdraw from the jurisdiction of the Supreme Council of the National Economy the Main and local Bureaux of Accounting and Distribution of Technical Forces and transfer them to the jurisdiction of the Peopleʹs Commissariat of Labor.
